implementation. The integration of shipping software with Infinity POWER is now available. Harvey Software's CPS Freight Shipping software has made managing your freight shipping needs simpler than ever! Now, your Data Pro accounting system through the Infinity POWER Sales Order Entry module is completely integrated in both directions to the Harvey CPS Freight Shipping system. Data Pro's Infinity POWER Sales Order module will pass the most updated shipping address information, when specified by your staff, including the method of shipping request (along with PDF versions of the Packing list to your specified staff) so that filling orders is easier to manage than ever!
Plus, your managers now know exactly when Packing Lists are instantly directed to the warehouse for shipping and can intervene, if necessary.
Staff in the warehouse or office can utilize fully integrated "weigh scales," bar code scanners and printers that will significantly enhance their speed and processing capability for shipping packages on a daily basis whether they are using Federal Express, UPS or the US Postal Service. All tracking numbers, method of shipment, number of packages and more are automatically transferred to the Infinity POWER Sales Order Entry module as shipping occurs.
"Freight Shopping" among the three carriers can now be "automatic" to provide you and your clients with the best method and best deal on getting your important shipments to their final destination the fastest and with the least expense. You can then schedule when notifications are sent to your customers with direct links to the web site of each freight carrier so that your customer services requirements are greatly reduced by your staff not having to accept phone calls asking where their shipments are located. This information is automatically transferred to the customer through an automated e-mail generated by the CPS Shipment script from the Data Pro DP/AUTO program on any schedule the client prefers.
